AIIM International, London / DLM-Forum (EU), Brüssel - AIIM Europe ( http://www.aiim.org ) bringt in Kooperation mit dem DLM-Forum der Europäischen Kommission ( http://www.dlmforum.eu.org/ ) sechs ,,Industry White Papers" heraus: „The six Industry White Papers on Records, Document and Enterprise Content Management for the Public Sector“. Jedes ,,White Paper" widmet sich einem Schwerpunktthema der DRT Document Related Technologies und wurde von einem bekannten Anbieter der Branche erstellt. Die Redaktion der White Papers wurde von PROJECT CONSULT durchgeführt. Jeder Band will den Public Sector über bereits verfügbare Lösungen für dessen Archivierungsprobleme lokal, national und europaweit informieren und enthält „best practice applications“, die über erfolgreiche Anwendungen praxisnah berichten. Als ausführlicher und umfassender Leitfaden trägt jeder Band zum Verstehen und zur Akzeptanz für die Implementierung von Dokumententechnologien in den Öffentlichen Verwaltungen bei. Viele Fachbegriffe wurden aus allen sechs White Papers in einem Glossar und Abkürzungsverzeichnis zusammengeführt und jedem Einzelband als Ganzes beigefügt.
